Comtel Air
- this Vienna based Airline which comes out of the Executive Jet Business will start scheduled commercial flights with a B757 and a B737 with effective 1st of October. On five days a week the B757 Aircraft will operate flights to Amritsar, Bergamo and Birmingham while the B737 will operate five weekly flights to London – Stansted. The whole Catering operation will be done out of Vienna. The menus include also typical Indian dishes like Lentil salad, Chickpeas curry, Dalmakhani Chawal or fresh Fruit Salad with Coriander and Cumin seeds. Air Caterer Five Star is the owner of the on board service process which includes i. e. development of loading instructions and quantities, communication with the Crews, menu design and planning, and so on.
Condor
- from Germany starts to operate flights from Vienna to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic with effective 2nd of November. The Aircraft will be a B767 in a three class configuration. While Passengers in Business Class will be pampered with a hot meal, a snack, ice-cream and a hot refreshment service, Passengers in Premium Economy and Economy class can enjoy a hot meal, a snack and a cold meal service. The meals in all classes will include specialities from Austria like smoked Duck breast, marinated boiled silver side of Beef, grilled Lamb medallions, minced Veal, Apple or Curd Strudel with Vanilla Sauce.
RAK Airways
– from the United Arab Emirates will start the route Ras al Kaimah to Vienna and back end of September. The Airline will operate the route with a B757 Aircraft and will also use our services.
Ukraine Intl. Airlines
– already a half year before contract end both parties signed a long term extension of the Catering agreement. We are very proud and happy about this big expression of confidence from this very important customer where we cater 150+ flights a month.
Cirrus Airlines
– the German Airline awarded Air Caterer Five Star with the contract for ad hoc and last minute Catering for the flights out of Vienna.
V.I.P. Catering
On 15th September the Football team of Metalist Kharkiv was in Vienna for the Europe League match against Austria Vienna. For my Team it was a very big pleasure and honour to pamper the Football team, the Management of the Club and the V.I.P. match visitors with Viennese specialities out of our Gourmet kitchen.
Polet
With effective November the Russian Airline Polet will start to operate scheduled Freighter services to Vienna. Polet will use the IL 96-400 or the AN124-100, the biggest civil freighter Aircraft in the world, for their Cargo flights. Including Pilots, Engineers and Loadmasters the Crew number is up to twenty per flight. A long-term Catering contract was signed in early September.
Wataniya Airways
With effective 1st of November Kuwait's premium service Airline will increase their flights to Vienna from three to six a week. In addition to the three existing non-stop flights from Vienna to Kuwait the three new flights will be operated to Kuwait via Beirut. Due to excellent quality, services and numerous outstanding good Passenger feedbacks Air Caterer Five Star will take also care of the Catering for the Beirut – Kuwait sector. On the flights from Vienna to Beirut and onwards to Kuwait BusinessFirst and Premium Economy Class Passengers can enjoy a delicious hot meal service with specialities out of the Arabic and Austrian kitchen. On the non-stop Vienna to Kuwait flight an additional hot and cold snack service will be offered to First Class and a cold snack to Premium Economy Class Passengers.
Dailyroast
As of mid of July Air Caterer Five Star started to deliver Gourmet Snacks for the Airport Coffee shop “dailyroast”, a subsidiary of the famous “Figlmüller” Schnitzel Restaurant in Vienna. Different homemade breads with fillings like crispy Bacon and fried Egg or Mozarella with Tomato and Basil Pesto, etc. are freshly prepared and delivered twice a day.
Jet Alliance
Our outstanding good cooperation with Jet Alliance was further deepened in the last months. Since June all Crew service trainings will be held in our premises. Air Caterer Five Star itself takes care and is responsible for the culinary training which includes practical lessons in our inflight kitchen and food safety training.
Due to the excellent feedback we were asked from other Executive Jet Operators to offer Crew trainings for them as well. The first training beside Jet Alliance will be held for A-JET in September.
A-JET
It is a big award and pleasure for us to welcome now also A-Jet, a further very important Vienna based Executive Jet Operator, as our next customer. In addition to the regular Catering activities a first Crew service, product and food safety training took place in our unit on 24th September.
Majestic Executive Aviation
The Vienna and Dubai based Airline is now our tenth Customer in the Executive Jet Segment. Majestic is using our services since mid of September.
V.I.P. Catering
During the last months it was a big pleasure for us to take care of the Catering of numerous top V.I.P. Passengers. Among them Mark Knopfler and his Band after a Concert in Vienna, Belgium Football Team RSC Anderlecht with Management and the V.I.P. match visitors, the President of the Ukrainian Parliament with his high ranked delegation or former German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder.
Wataniya Airways
Kuwait’s new premium service Airline has awarded Air Caterer Five Star with the Catering contract for the flights out of Vienna. Wataniya Airways will operate three weekly flights from Vienna to Kuwait. The Aircraft for this route is an Airbus A320 with 26 First Class and 96 Premium Economy Class seats. The passengers in both classes will receive a hot meal and a snack service out of the Air Caterer Five Star’s Halal kitchen. The menu includes specialities out of the Arabic and Austrian kitchen. The inaugural flight from Vienna to Kuwait will commence on Wednesday 2nd of June. “It is a great award and honour for us to be the catering partner for this premium Airline from Kuwait. In addition this is also a proof for our simple but effective “the best product and the best service for the best price” policy says Peter Soltiz, Managing Director from Air Caterer Five Star.
As of 1st of July Air Caterer Five Star will start the delivery of special designed meals for the delicacies shops of one of Austria’s leading department-store chains. The cooperation includes 100+ shops all over Austria.
Aegean Airlines, Alitalia, Air Dolomiti, Amira Air, Salzburg Jet Aviation
With immediate effect this five Airlines will extend our customer list to a total of 22. Aegean Airlines operates five weekly flights to Athens while Alitalia connects Vienna with Rome two twice a day. Air Dolomiti operates a total of three daily flights to Verona and Rimini. With Amira Air we count now all major Vienna based executive jet operators to our business partners. For Salzburg Jet Aviation we cater the flights for the Vienna based Aircraft.
Athletic Bilbao
On their flight back home from the Europe League match here in Vienna Spanish soccer team Athletic Bilbao including Club Management and VIP match visitors was pampered with specialities out of our kitchen.
Goldeck Flug (Austria) and ABS Jets (Prague, Czech)
are two new customers in our executive jet operator portfolio.
Air France
Since mid of December 2009 Air France uses our services on demand.
Hamburg International Airlines
We are pleased to be the new catering partner of this German Airline. The contract is not limited to catering services out of Vienna and includes also the Airports Linz, Salzburg, Graz and Klagenfurt. Only at the time from March until begin of June we will deliver the catering for 220+ flights. The whole operation will be organized and done out of our unit in Vienna.
ITCA
Due to the big success from last year we decided to provide again a stand at the ITCA Trade Show & Conference. This year the ITCA take place in Cologne from 9th until 11th of March. It will be a great pleasure for us to welcome our guests at stand numbers 150 – 155.
Hamburger Sportverein
German soccer Bundesliga team Hamburger Sportverein visited Vienna for its Europa League match against Rapid Vienna in September.

Vienna International Airport
The Director of Vienna Intl. Airport Mr. Ernest Gabmann visited our unit on Thursday 23rd of September.
The general introdution of the company was followed by a tour through the unit.
Mr. Gabmann was very impressed of our state of the art catering unit which was built in unbelieveably short time and the number of customers we serve meanwhile.

Jetcontact
Jetcontact a further executive jet operator joined us as customer number eighteen in September.
International Jet Management
International Jet Management is a Vienna based executive Jet operator with a fleet of 18 Aircrafts. The company joined Air Caterer Five Star as a further new customer in August.
JetAlliance
JetAlliance – Since end of July Austria's biggest and one of the worlds leading executive jet operator is now also Air Caterer Five Star customer.
JetAlliance operates a fleet of more than 35 executive jets. We are very proud to serve now also the top V.I.P. passengers from Austria's number one executive jet operator with our culinary highlights. With this new customer we have impressively established ourselves now also in the premium catering segment.

Jet Fly
Jet Fly is one more customer in our premium catering portfolio. The company operates four executive jets and is Air Caterer Five Star customer since early July.
Arion Hotel
Arion Hotel is our second partner in the Bus group travel segment.
New partnerships
New partnerships for their ad-hoc flights out of Vienna were built up with Hamburg International Airlines and OLT both from Germany and VLM from Belgium.
Summer season
The summer season was marked by the MD11 and B767 long-range flights from World Airways and North American Airlines from Vienna to the United States.
The cooperation with both companies was perfect and we look forward to serve them again next year.

Opening ceremony
Our official opening ceremony took place on Tuesday 16th of June. Beside our present customers we were proud to welcome about 100 high ranked representatives from Airlines, Airport Authorities, Ministry of Transport, Politics and Press. After the opening speeches and guided unit tours our guests from Austria and abroad used the afternoon on our roof-terrace for meal & wine tasting and networking in a very cosy atmosphere.
World Airways
World Airways after the catering tender the Airline decided to choose ACFS as their caterer. That means we will cater the MD-11 summer charter flights to various destinations in the United States out of Vienna. Every Passenger gets a hot meal with choice, a cold snack and a movie snack.
North American Airlines
North American Airlines decided also to cater their charter flights to the United States from ACFS. The menu is similar to the World Airways uplift. Aircraft is a Boeing 767-300ER.
With these two new customers we won now all new contracts and tenders since our company opened doors. Of course we will give and do our best to continue this series.
Air Charter Vienna
Air Charter Vienna is a new customer in our general aviation portfolio. Among other things we cater there flights of the Austrian government.
